I had a brilliant experience at Essex Bridal Outlet. I live in London and couldn't really find any London stores that had dresses in my price range. Essex Bridal Outlet had a huge range of really high quality dresses at an extremely reasonable price. Donna and her team made me feel so welcome and comfortable; they were extremely patient and I never felt any pressure to buy a dress. I didn't find my dress at this shop but they were so lovely I would recommend them to absolutely anyone who wanted great dresses at great prices, and to have a wonderful dress trying on experience!

Donna and her team were so lovely, they made the whole experience of finding a wedding dress really enjoyable. Professional, polite, friendly but down to earth with a good sense of humour. I would 100% recommend !

A lovely experiance for my future daughter in law. Donna was fantastic. Very caring and listened to what the bride wanted. Donna also picked some other designs out for the bride from which the bride found her dream dress. She said Yes to the Dress!

Amazing service! Donna was so great and made me feel so at ease. Not like most shops where they stay with you as you change in your underwear but she steps out to give you privacy which is really nice! I went on my own and Donna made me feel really comfortable and didn't give up trying to find my dress! Unfortunately I didn't find the one but they said she'd keep me in mind should they get any similar dresses in. Would really recommend as lots of the dresses are less than the high prices of other shops and the experience is great!

It was my first time wedding dress shopping when I went to Essex Bridal Outlet. I can not express enough how nervous I was as I am not the most bodily confident person so was dreading the thought of having to change in front of someone. But, as soon as I met Donna at Essex Bridal Outlet, I was at ease. Donna is amazing! You just nip behind a curtain and step into a dress and once you are ready Donna will come in and do you up and then you are ready for the reveal to your family/friends. The whole experience was brilliant. Please note: the welcome Prosecco helps a lot too ????

Definitely would not hesitate to recommend this Bridal Shop. I purchased my beautiful bridesmaid dresses from this shop and also had a bridal experience. Would like to say a huge thank you to Donna, who is very professional and knows what she is talking about. Unlike some shops she will give you her honest opinion, which as a bride, this is what you want. Beautiful shop, felt very comfortable, also Donna is very respectful when you are trying on gowns. Nothing is too much trouble and she kept me informed to when my dresses would arrive. Exactly on time! Thank you again and wish you all the best xx

I almost said yes to the dress here but had to hold off at the time of my appointment because I still needed to ask the opinion of my mum and sisters who live overseas. Needless to say though, I thought that Becci, the bridal stylist who helped me, was really great. She explained how the bridal fitting would go and how the shop operates. I got to pick 5 dresses and she also picked a curveball for me. So I was able to fit a total of six dresses. They have a really good range of designer dresses that come ina UK16/18 for a really good price. She was constructive about how I looked in the dresses and wasn't pushy at all. Also made me feel comfortable trying on the dresses and calmed my nerves since I get quite nervous about trying on dresses because of my size. She gave me some privacy getting out of my clothes and into the wedding dresses. Becci was really lovely and offered us prosecco, sparkling water or still. Overall, I'd say it was a lovely experience because of her. I'd come back definitely to also see there bridesmaids dresses. The shop also had a huge fitting room that was really nicely decorated and comfy. The air-conditioning in the place also made trying on dresses easier despite the summer heat. Would really recommend this place to other brides.

Renewing our Vows at church, so this is my wedding. Donna was amazing, tried on loads of dresses, had a good laugh at the different topics me and girls where discussing. And yes I did say yes to the dress ????

I said to yes to the dress here the staff were great helping pick what was best for my shape and found a dress I never thought I would wear can't wait to get married in the dress highly recommend

Amazing place with amazing dresses. Becky and Donna were so so lovely, we met in January 2018 to try dresses on to see what suited me but now I get married this year we went back today to look seriously. So many dresses were chose from, it was overwhelming but in a good way. Becky was there to help every step of the way. Thank you so much xx

I have just bought my wedding dress from here and would thoroughly recommend it. The whole experience from start to finish was lovely, Donna made me feel so comfortable and at ease and was so knowledgeable. I didn't feel rushed and everything was really personal and tailored to me, my body shape and my preferences. I ended up buying the first dress I tried on but I still got to try lots of other lovely dresses too. We went shopping afterwards and tried some dresses that were cheaper but the experience was nowhere near what Donna offered us and I would rather pay a bit more and get such a nicer quality dress than just choose one because it's a bit cheaper. Thank you so much for such a perfect day!

Had a great experience. Becci was so helpful - prompt communication prior, asked lots of helpful questions to work out what I wanted, and to help me choose between dresses, helped me explore what I liked and didn't, and helped me stick roughly to my budget. Really friendly and I got an amazing dress at a fantastic price. So pleased and would highly recommend!
